Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items, as well as items marked as final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent.
  4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom wedding favors, engraved decor, etc.)
  • Sale items or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect for faster processing.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
